Founder & CEO
Dr. Satya Gautam Vadlamudi, PhD, CFA, CIPM is the Founder & CEO of Elystar. He has over 15 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and over 5 years of experience in Finance. He worked with highly regarded institutions such as Google, Intel Labs, GeorgiaTech, General Motors India Science Lab, Xerox Research Centre India, Capillary Technologies, and CreditVidya. Dr. Vadlamudi was granted multiple patents for his innovations and has published over 20 peer-reviewed research articles in top international forums with over 900 citations. Over the years, he has applied AI in safety-critical system design, time-sensitive planning applications, diversification and robustness-oriented systems, cyber security, defense projects, personalization & recommender systems, credit-worthiness assessment, and investment & portfolio management.
Dr. Vadlamudi is a CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst®) Charterholder and a CIPM® (Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement™) Designation holder. He also holds the Investment Adviser certifications (both Level 1 and Level 2) from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM).
Dr. Vadlamudi is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and Harvard University. He received his B.Tech.(H.) and Ph.D. in Computer Science and AI from IIT Kharagpur and completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School (HBS). He has also completed his Postdoctoral research at Arizona State University, where he worked on an AI project from the US Office of Naval Research.
Dr. Vadlamudi received many honors for his contributions, including the 40 Under 40 Data Scientists Award from Analytics India Magazine, the SAP Labs Doctoral Fellowship, and the Pratibha Award with Gold Medal from the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Principal Officer
Mr. Venkateswara Rao Gunda (G. V. Rao) is the Principal Officer of our Elystar Investment Adviser department. He has 38 years of distinguished career in banking with the Central Bank of India, most recently as Deputy General Manager (Treasury). This included over 9 years of experience working in the Investments domain & Treasury management, being in-charge of managing over INR 1.5 Lakh Crores.
Mr. Rao received several degrees, including MBA (Finance) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Advising from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF), and B.Sc. & L.B. from Andhra University. He also currently holds the Investment Adviser certifications (both Level 1 and Level 2) from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM).
